Cancellation policy

We strive to provide all our patients with excellent dental care. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and time is specifically allocated with your specialist dentist. To ensure fairness and availability for all patients, we ask that you only book appointments you are able to attend.

Cancellation Notice

We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

For new patients who have paid a refundable booking deposit, this deposit will be refunded only if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. If the appointment is rescheduled, the deposit will be transferred to the next appointment.

Messages left on weekends or public holidays will be considered received on the next business day.

Late Cancellations & Failure to Attend

If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, or if you fail to attend your appointment without notice:

Your deposit may be forfeited and applied as a cancellation fee.

Repeated cancellations or failures to attend may result in booking restrictions, including a requirement for full pre-payment or deposit before securing future appointments.

Deposits

Certain appointments, particularly those requiring longer clinical time (such as surgical, prosthodontic or complex treatments), require a deposit or pre-payment at the time of booking.

Deposits and pre-payments may be forfeited for late cancellations or failure to attend.
